To assist our employees, we have posted a PDF version of the 'S' Corp Time Sheet on our website. Please click the link below to download the form, complete it and mail or return to the 'S' Corp office by 6 pm Tuesday to ensure receipt of your paycheck by Friday.

No need to visit the office to get paid. Just download the PDF form, fill out, and mail.

Our four-part form, included with your previous paycheck, is preferred.
