busy phones, level of software proficiency required, spreadsheets, data
entry, light typing, clerical duties, etc. Be prepared to have staff
available for training.
Estimate the rate your budget can accommodate, given the demands of the job.
Be realistic!!
Tell us about your company, describe the nature of your business, and supply
us with your website.
The more details provided to 'S' Corp, the greater our ability to assess how
we might be of assistance to you and whether a business partnership would be
mutually rewarding.
A new client should be prepared to supply us with bank and trade references,
as well as set aside a time for a visit from our marketing rep.
FURTHER QUESTIONS FOR OUR CLIENT:
- What is the most important responsibility of the temporary?
- Is there a particular skill or past experience necessary in order to
perform well in this position?
- How many people will our employee be supporting?
- Is there sufficient training and supervision?
- Why is a temporary needed: vacation, maternity leave, work overload,
special project, filling in until a permanent hire, other?
- What is the length of the assignment?
Additional factors to consider: Work hours, attire, lunch, parking,
special requirements, etc.
